Marcel decided to take his 'Making Better Choices' tour throughout BC, where I was able to promote a whirlwind week of performances which took place at various schools, luncheons, and dinners. This incredible experience opened my eyes to First Nation issues, the ultimate being 'fetal alcohol syndrome' and the impact of residential schools on the Native people and their culture. Marcel is an amazing musician, with a soulful sound, and great lyrical insight - it was an absolute pleasure .... maybe we'll meet again soon ...
